*Tokyo Jazz Joints provided all of the artwork photography for the wonderful BBE Records 'J-Jazz 1969-84 Volume III' compilation, co-compiled by Tony Higgins & Mike Peden, and released in February 2021.

*The Tokyo Jazz Joints podcast was featured as one of the '5 podcasts we're listening to right now' on Oliver Spencer in January 2021.

2020

*Tokyo Jazz Joints supplied the images for Paul Bowden's article 'Houses of the Rising Sun' in Issue #508 of Record Collector magazine.

*A paper on the project, entitled 'Tokyo Jazz Joints: Documenting a Hidden World of Jazz' was presented on January 17th at the Documenting Jazz 2020 conference in Birmingham City University.

*Tokyo Jazz Joints was exhibited in association with Jazzkultur at GaGalerie in Munich, January 8-11th.


2019

*Tokyo Jazz Joints was selected as part of tactileBOSCH's Under the Counter Culture exhibition in Cardiff, November 2019.

*Tokyo Jazz Joints provided all of the artwork photography for the wonderful BBE Records 'J-Jazz 1969-84 Volume II' compilation, co-compiled by Tony Higgins & Mike Peden. 

*A selection of prints from the project was exhibited at Rhinoçéros Jazz Bar in Berlin, 6-29th June 2019.

*Tokyo Jazz Joints was featured in Neocha magazine, May 2019.
